I accidentally erased the Halo 4 game data of mi console, now I want to reinstall the game, but the console can not read neither of both discs.
I have erased game data of my console of other games and this has never happened to me before.
What can I do to solve this? Please help.

Deleting game data from your storage would have no effect on whether your console can read a disc or not. Check this link for Xbox Support solutions with disc readability.
