Halo 4 disc not working.

I accidentally erased the Halo 4 game data of mi console, now I want to reinstall the game, but the console can not read neither of both discs.
I have erased game data of my console of other games and this has never happened to me before.
This is the only game disc my Xbox cannot read, wich is weird becouse the disc is clean and almost new.
What can I do to solve this? Please help.

I’m in the same boat as you. My 360 won’t read single player mode. At least MP works for me though.

Same thing happening to me, sounds like we both need to get a new disk. Should have got it digitally, but i love having my physical copies. sigh.
