The progress of my campaign has been deleted on Halo 4 after completing both the campaign on Legendary both solo and cooperatively. I have the following issues needing to be resolved:-

I have received the achievement for completing the campaign legendary on solo but did not receive the ‘bromageddon’ achievement for coop completion. I have checked my halo waypoint account which correctly states that i have completed the campaign both solo and coop however i am yet to receive the achievement.

In addition to this i have lost access to the missions i have completed and hence lost the “shield” (skull with two swords) emblems that show the difficulty you have completed them on.

Halo waypoint is stating i only have found 1 terminal although i recieved the achievement for originally finding all 7.
As you can imagine this is highly frustrating after having spent the time completing possibly the hardest game in the entire halo franchise and losing the reward for doing so. I have always been a huge fan of Halo and completed all Halo games to date.
I would like to mention that my multiplayer progress (currently SR40) did not reset like the campaign progress, although all customisations did reset but remained unlocked so it was just a case of redoing my loadouts, armour, emblem etc. Also the video clip was replayed (the same one as when i first selected ‘Infinity’ to access multiplayer matchmaking. The xbox and hard drive were not touched between the game and my account working correct and having the issues discussed above. And so it is unlikely that any corruption or formatting issues have occured.
I contacted the xbox live support team who directed me to post in this forum for answers and assured me that someone could resolve the issue.
