I have Halo 4 on the Master Chief Collection for the XBox One. I have played all of it however the game crashes when loading now at a certain point in Halo 4 when used with my son’s profile. Have contacted MS XBox One support and they have directed me here, we went through all the steps with them and it still has the same problem. Works with my user profile though… please advise if you know.
There is no solution. MCC and H4 both are terrible.
