I’ve heard rumors about this somewhere, and, in all honesty, I hope they aren’t true. I am open for change to a certain degree, and this crosses that line. How would Halo 4 even feel like Halo if this is implemented?
How would it even work?

Don’t believe him
Don’t believe any rumors until 343 actually confirm them.
They should leave the combat the way it was in Halo 3 or even CE. Keeping it simple could prove to be a good thing, over complicating it will give you a mess.
I hope its not true either.
I didn’t know Halo 4 had to be like GRAW 1/2…unless they give official word, take any rumor with a grain a salt.
Though i enjoyed GRAW, is it that hard to crouch or move behind cover? There, you have your cover system, it’s placing your Spartan behind an object so that he may gain a tactical advantage and avoid death.
GRAW= Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. Hybrid TPS/FPS, really good games IMO, kinda short though
If it has a cover system, I’m hoping it will be like that of far cry 3’s. That cover system looks good, but most FPS cover systems fail.
If they have a cover system, I’m out. Cover systems are just pointless and annoying. I can hide behind an object without using a built in command.
Lord Nubith of the Cake the VIII, I regret to inform you that this will simply not do in Halo.
Cover systems only really work for third person games, and are usually clunky and bothersome in FPS games. And it would probably slow down gameplay more, or at least as much, as Armor Lock.

yeah crouching is better then press X to hide
The only thing I would like to see as far as a cover system goes is for them to maybe add something like BF3 where if your standing next to a wall it will look like your spartan is leaning up against it and taking cover and it wouldn’t effect your view or the gameplay at all.
