Damn, I accidently clicked Default before checking them all out. But it’s ok, because it looks like that’s what I’ll be going with. Was a bit annoyed at the crouch change at first, but considering Sprint is now default it does need a button of it’s own. Plus, selecting grenades in either direction is a smart change instead of simple toggling.
Long story short- I welcome the new default with open hands.
I used Recon in Reach, but after playing Halo 4 at Eurogamer Expo, that didn’t work for me. So I’m going to be sticking to the default, it has downsides but it felt more comfortable.

Definitely seems to be the “Call of Duty Translator” for Halo. I’m assuming you can both hold and tap to enter and exit zoom with LR, as you usually would with toggle-zoom. But with Sniper rifles I think you’ll most likely need to release and pull the button again to change the magnification. Along with Default I think it’s a fairly solid layout too.
I’d be happy with bumper jumper too, if only sprint wasn’t on the A Button- I don’t see sprinting, turning then stopping quickly around a corner to be an easy task.

I still use Legacy… I’ve tried switching but I’m so bad with default!
