Is there any way in Halo 4 Theater mode to take multiple clips from the same game and compile them into one video?
Example:
I got an Overkill in the beginning of the game and an assassination at the end of the game. I want to record both of them, and put them into one file that does not span the length of the whole game.

343 has taken a huge step back in terms of theater mode. Even halo 3’s theater mode is much better than Halo 4’s.

I would sorta disagree. The ability to save recent films without having to go into theater mode is a great feature.
Theater mode hasn’t disimproved but it hasn’t improved much either. I think it could be so much better if, just as OP suggested, we could combine clips into one large film. Also the ability to rewind with the L trigger would be awesome. There’s lots of ways it could be improved. Seems like they didn’t really spend much time with it. Just imported it straight from H3/Reach. Shame. Wasted opportunity!
Let’s not forget first person… You can’t see first person from another player’s perspective, and if while editing a clip you accidentally switch out of first person, the only way back in is to quit and start over. It’s like theater mode has the Iron Skull activated.
