Will their be a file browser for Halo 4 anytime soon for like forge maps for example. I know Halo: Reach had one and Halo 3 had one just curious is all.

Its coming early 2013, meaning at the earliest January, at the latest March or April. An update on its status will be available in January as part of Halo Bulletin most likely.
