Iv started a youtube channel for halo and made a communication and teamwork video,

IMO they are two separate things. Communication is really best conveyed with a mic, otherwise you’re limited to in-game actions like the horn, shooting to indicate a direction, etc.
Regarding teamwork, there are a few things you can do. Firstly, stop with the lone wolf stuff. If you see a teammate, follow the teammate. Your odds of winning an encounter dramatically increase if you work in tandem. Second, respect your teammates. If you see an invisible mate and he looks like he’s on the prowl, don’t crowd him – if he’s stalking, you’ll just show up on the enemy sensor and mess things up. Third, don’t worry about stealing kills. The team wins or it doesn’t, and your performance is always secondary to that.
