Can you check your Halo 4 commendation progress on waypoint if so were?

Not sure about waypoint but you can in-game.
Start-> Arrow up to the top menu -> Commendations
Yea I know you can in game it’s just that when I’m not on my xbox I want to check it but thanks anyway.
yes you can here is how you do it on the computer
you goto the career section in the far left tab on your laptop or desktop then click on the waypoint career then from there you click on the tab at the bottom that says more halo 4 stats. from there you click on the tab that says halo 4 stats and it will open up a new tab there you go hope this helps you friend
