I hate to be super negative, but this belongs in Recruiting, not the Halo 4 section. On an even further negative note, if you want to look professional, buy a domain name.
Having your website name followed by weebly or any other hosting name is often embarrassing.

A forum also would help to organize matches and discuss what people would want.
