Given that 343i is trying to compete against heavy hitters like CoD and BF3 with the multiplayer style. Do you guys think that they will also include clan support as the other games do?

343 said about clans and that they will be a part of Halo 4 in a bigger way.

The clans that recruit anybody and everybody are. Especially made by 10 year olds.
Not all clans are bad. Trust me.
I hope, halo 2’s system was really helpful in keeping communities organised. Im ashamed to see people say no just because they don’t want to be in one. Never understood why people hate on clans/communities.
I’ve been running the same clan since Halo 2 and it was one of the worlds largest Halo 2 clans. I loved it back then simply because it was a part of the game. I sincerely hope that they are in it. For those that say no to clans, you don’t have to be in them, but it would be a great way to bring players closer together.
Clans have a very Ugly reputation, that’s why I and the other D20 founders call ours a Gaming <mark>Community</mark>, means same thing yes, but it’s looked at differently because we are! So would I be interested if they included it. Sure why not. It’s always nice to have a group of friends to play a game you love, with.

Thats what we (UEG) are doing now, we call it a Community. Clan was used because of the clan system in H2
If Halo 4 does have clan support, people starting a clan should have to be commissioned from 343 themselves and prove they are 17+ years of age. That way we don’t have a bunch of stupid kiddie clans
