PURCHASED CHAMPIONS BUNDLE FOR HALO 4 IN ORDER TO PLAY WAR GAMES CHAMPIONS BUNDLE DLC WHY IS IT NOT AVAILABLE. THE WHOLE POINT OF PLAYING WAR GAMES IS TO EARN ACHIEVMENTS TO COMPLETE THE HALO EXPERIENCE AND UNLOCK STUFF

All the DLC maps are integrated into all the currently existing playlists. In order for the DLC to show, everybody in the game lobby must own the DLC. If just a single player doesn’t have the DLC then it wont show as voting options. The main problem with Halo 4 (and Halo Reach) is that non-DLC owners outnumber DLC owners, so chances of matching against a full lobby of DLC owners is slim.
