The Xp you earn on these challenges are crazy and they so easy. Kill 5 hunters and get 20k of Xp this leads me to think they might add new ranks they just want people to get Sr130 by the time they done handin out the remaining specializations. New ranks might come with season 2 of spartan ops who knows…
My other question to the community is whats wrong with the DMR? And how do you beat it?
Th XP is there because 343 is being nice. You beat the DMR by using the DMR. Whats wrong with it is it has high aim-assist and does too much damage with a relatively high rate of fire.

Ok i can agree to that. I think they should speed up the lightrifle rate of fire and slow down the DMR’s rate of fire. Not by a lot. I just feel the lightrifle shoots slow.

When the Light Rifle is scoped in, it is technically stronger then the DMR, hence the slow rate of fire. But the DMR needs to either have a power nerf or a aim assist nerf. It shouldn’t be the strongest rifle and be the easiest to land a shot with.
If the DMR fired a bit slower then I would be happy. The xp looks great, they only started giving high xp after I hit max rank though.

The DMR is so much better then every other primary weapon I honestly believe it should be treated as a power weapon. The fast rate of fire, incredible range, consistency and the amount of damage it does is just unseen in any other primary weapon. Not to mention the bloom which I often forget it is even present due to the consistent shots even when shooting it as fast as possible.
They should take off aim assist in general. Alot of people claim they skilled but they use aim assist
Taking aim assist off an unscoped DMR would fix a lot of issues…

Aim assist should be reduced for everything IMO.
