Now to assist you with what you were asking. Snickerdoodle said it right in the thread you posted and I will have to say it here as well. The best odds of obtaining the Locus Helmet would be purchasing the Halo 4 Game of the Year Edition, as Locus was a specific pre-order bonus, so the only other method of obtaining it legitimately would be finding a pre-order code (Which wouldn’t be worth the effort at this point in my opinion as Halo 4 GOTY has all the pre-order exclusives minus FOTUS).
