Am I the only one getting this game for the campaign now? Armor abilities made me rage hardcore in Halo Reach because they were stupid and unbalanced. Join-In-Progress, one main reason I stopped playing CoD.
“Herp derp lets throw in join in progress even though its one of the worst ideas ever because it will throw you in losing games 24/7 HURR DURR!”

343 is working on balancing all the armor abilities. Forerunner vision is going to be countered by AC and Hologram. As for Jetpack, we haven’t heard anything.
The reason why they added in join-in-progress, was because there were far to many games in Reach where an entire team would quit and it would be 1vall. So we’ll see how it goes…
You fail for playing CoD in the first place. We don’t know enough about the multiplayer to make judgments, both positive and negative. I’m going to wait 'till E3 to make my blind assumptions.
I’m buying it for everything. The game overall sounds greatn and armor abilities didn’t matter much to me. I’m one of the people who mainly uses sprint. Heres why
Armor lock: Sure you just survived that tank round now you gotta hope to god your team comes to save you.
Active camo: I want you to see your death coming:
Hologram: Who honestly falls for that?
Jetpack: So this think will put me in the air where everyone can see me and it makes alot of noise, no thanks.
Evade: This one was ok.
Drop sheild: Its ok too I just like to be able to move when I need to.
I’m getting it for campaign, forge, spartan ops, matchmaking (Infinity) and custom games. I’m also getting it because it’s Halo. If the multiplayer turns out as good as Reach’s, I’ll be satisfied. People way overreacted about armour abilities, I still had just as much fun in Halo Reach MP as I did in Halo 3. In fact, it was way more realistic which made it more fun to play and you actually felt like a spartan on the battlefield.
The main reason I’m getting Halo 4 is for the campaign. I think of Spartan Ops, Forge and Ininfity multiplayer as an added bonus. Sure, I’ll put more time into Infinity multiplayer, but the campaign is what really draws me into Halo.
Judging from posts OP has made around the board, I have concluded that he is mad.
That aside, I always buy Halo for the campaign, and I stick around for the multiplayer. The Spartan Ops feature especially interests me. I enjoy the multiplayer and all, but the campaigns are always just so awesome. Spartan Ops gives me extra incentive to be excited.
