I am seeing an error “players failed to load content” when trying campaign. I can play multiplayer but not able to use campaign. I have a Xbox 360 is a black Elite model and 120gb hard drive. Anything that can resolve my issue?
I also did try installing disk 2 again, no luck.
Sounds like your game disk maybe dirty or damaged, try cleaning it…
Yeah in fact, it has kind of a fainted perfect circle ring on the disk, is that the reason why its doesnt load?
Yep, you may want to lay your xbox flat, if you have the older model that is. It is a known issue that the older xboxs scratch disks when the disk tray begins to wear out.
