Halo 4 campaign GLITCH

Hi,

I got the master chief bundle , and play all the campaigns from halo , halo 2, halo 3 but once I played halo 4 campaign and research the level “reclaimer” first the surroundings disappear and is left in space … then the character dies… I tried multiple things such as re-download the game, did all the trouble shooting and also contacted xbox support and still the game does the same thing once it reaches that point… so please help … this is not a CD I download it the game, thanks for the help

Have you tried the following?
-Selected reclaimer from the mission select screen?
-Have you overwrote you Halo 4 save and tried selecting reclaimer?
-Does this issue happen in any Halo 4 campaign playlist as well?

I am having the same problem, but instead of dying it just wont let me continue playing on that same level. It just freezes during loadout and then goes back to the home screen. Very annoying.
