I was playing campaign a little while ago and i finished the mission Infinity after i finished it, the game kicked me out to the main menu. I went back to the campaign mode and i had the next mission Reclaimer. The mission starts to load very slowly goes to about 70%-80% then restarts and loads to about 50% and then restarts and loads to about 30%-40% and then comes up with an error message saying players failed to load content & player maybe missing downloadable content. I tried turning the Xbox off and a whole bunch of simple stuff and contacted Xbox support. The person kindly went over all troubleshooting things with me and everything she could to help me but it did not work. She told me to try to check Halo Waypoint. I checked and found the bug i had but nothing saying how to fix it. i checked again today i cant find that bug anymore on the site. I still have the same problem today. Has anyone ever encountered this bug? and does anyone know how to fix it?[/size][/size]
Have you tried deleting your save file? Clearing your cache? Installing the game to the hard drive? Is your disc scratched or ringed?
yes i tried all those things and my disc is perfectly fine
I have had the same problem and this is due to the fact that if you want to select
a mission you have to have passed the previous ones.
The problem comes when one of your game data is damaged, solution go to the
xbox menu select memory, games, halo 4 and see if one of your game data is damaged, then delete it, after this go to the campaign menu select missions and check if all your previous missions have been counted as passed,if there is one that it is not passed
repeat it or other option is try to load all your missions from the beginning and the
first one that do not allow you to play is the one that you have to repeat after finish it
try to load all the missions again and if there aren´t another damage data you should
be able to load the mission where you are. I hope this can help you to solve your
problem.
