Halo 4 Campaign Completion Discrepancy

I have given MCC a bit of a break as the bugs and glitches were killing my enthusiasm for the franchise, but with Halo 5 due in less than a week, I figured I had given 343 plenty of time to fix everything, right?

So I played the end of the Halo 3 Campaign, got the achievements, and thought so far so good. Next on to Halo 4, and again completed the campaign, but while I got the achievements for completing ‘Composer’ and for killing 100 Knights, the ones for completing ‘Midnight’ and the entire campaign have not popped. More worrying, while my stats say that 10 of 10 missions in Halo 4 have been completed, it also says that my campaign completion is currently only at 87%, and that I have no stats for completing ‘Midnight’.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to force it to update correctly?

Same thing has happened to me, Two days ago I finished the last two missions of Halo 4 but no achievements have popped up for completing either of them or all of the campaigns(shows 10/10 missions complete), had the other generic medal ones pop up ok though.

It was also muting the game audio every time I paused the game, so I had to save and quit and reload the checkpoint.

Only seems to have become and issue after the last TU.

I’m playing through Halo 4 now on MCC and no achievements have activated for any levels (apart from the first one I think). I’m getting them for terminals though, which is nice since they didn’t work for terminals in Halo 3.
