I am still having issues with Halo Master Chief Collection not unlocking achievements when I beat a Halo 4 campaign mission. I have replayed missions over and over and still get nothing. It’s been a year and this game is still plagued with bugs? Does anyone at 343 know when this will be addressed?
The following missions are problematic: Requiem, Forerunner, Reclaimer and Midnight.
PS I love Halo but having to replay a mission over and over just isn’t fun. I would rather spend my time on multiplayer.

When you look in the Achievements app on your Xbox One, do the achievements appear as “Done! Unlocking…”? If so, then you won’t have to replay any of the missions. Unfortunately, it’s a waiting game, and it may be a very long time before the achievements unlock. For me, it was only 12 hours, but I know one person who had to wait a year for them to unlock. On the bright side, you don’t have to do anything else for the achievement to unlock.
However, if the achievements do not show the above “Done! Unlocking…” message, then you will have to replay the missions. I did not have this problem when I ran through the Campaign on Normal difficulty. Are you starting each mission from the beginning, not using Rally Points to skip parts of the mission? Also, it may help if you run through the level in one go, without using Save/Quit. You can even do this on Easy.
