I voted no. There is still chance for Halo 4 to change my opinion but as it is now I would not buy the game.

I’M on the fence leaning toward no because I may not have gold or connection so all I can do is play campaign then after a few weeks of playing I’ll get bored but idk yet

you doomsayers are silly. You realize that a vast majority of players don’t contribute to these forums at all right? They may have lost 25% of the whiners and “real fans” on this forum, but not of their entire fanbase. I’d like to believe people are smarter than condemning a game because the devs don’t bow to their exact demands.

Your probably a true halo fan but i bet your a bk at the game so that’s why you don’t care if there is a 1-50 system implemented in the game

CE did not have 1-50 because it did not have online multiplayer.
And so far as I know nobody has stated what I have highlighted in yellow

several people have stated what’s in yellow, just look around these forums for a bit. Its there.
And CE for PC did have multiplayer. Quite a robust one might I add.
Also, as far as I know only a handful of people that have gotten to play the current build of Halo 4 say they like the DMR better. This small group is in no way indicative of the entire fanbase as you’d like it to seem in your OP.

Right, this again. I consider myself a decent Halo player, and do not gloat about being “better” than others. I tend to make more friends that way.

Real Halo fans/veterans have different opinions then other real Halo fans/veterans.

Well I didn’t read, but real answer is no. I rather wait till the finalized version of halo 4. I’d firstly consider this as a joke and then a bad joke by 343.
For me it’s a yes I was concerned about some of the stuff that was GI but after listening to the podcast where some of 343 gave what we read more context I felt better. Its true things are changing but I don’t see them as bad at the moment.
