I have yet to play another level to see if it fixes, but currently I can’t zoom in with either a weapon or the visor zoom. To maintain a zoom-in, I have to hold down the zoom button (Right Bumper for me, using the Universal Green Finger control scheme). It’s essentially set to hold rather than toggle, but there’s no option to switch back and forth.
