I was searching and found 15 symbols during the warning of the Halo 4 behind the scenes video. I remember seeing these same symbols in some of the Anniversary videos and that the terminals have Halo 4 information in them. Frank O’Connor said “They’ll definitely feed into Greg Bear’s novels and there’ll be some links to Halo 4 as well.” So far I have found them in 4 videos and have listed them below.
Please help with the search and post any pics of the symbols you have found so that we can hopefully decipher them.

5 Assault on the Control Room
10 The Maw
During the string of symbols starting at 1:17 in terminal #5 343 guilty spark says " I am currently transmitting this automated broadcast but with such a limited data set and no direct communication I do not anticipate full comprehension"

If you’re looking for the type of answer guessing whether it’s Halo 4 related or not then here: They aren’t Forerunner symbols, maybe they are Precursor.
Those symbols look alot like the ones that crashed ship was transmitting in that one terminal from CEA. In fact, I recognize one of the glyphs directly from the terminal.
Might want to keep an eye out for more of those glyphs in the future.
Good spot on the symbols! If they’re not Forerunner… maybe we could translate them to Forerunner and input them into the console?

Yeah, Jun wasn’t my favorite in Noble Team. I hoping for Jorge Kelly, Fred, and Linda to return. They would be great. Although I have a hunch players 2, 3,and 4 will be our multiplayer characters.
They’re not Forerunner symbols. At least not ones which belong to the same script as these. Perhaps they are Precursor? If we can translate them somehow though… perhaps another video is on the horizon?
