I don’t know if it’s just me or what but the aiming seems whacked in Halo 4. So I play on a 10 sensitivity, and whenever I place my crosshair around an enemy it seems as though my sensitivity drops to around 3 (Yes I know there is aim assist). I don’t know if it is because Halo 4 has HUGE aim assist or if it is because Halo 4 has an incredible amount of aim acceleration.

I don’t play 10 sens, but it’s almost the same as CoD the way you describe it xd
i think its the assist, ive been pulled away from killing an enemy when his teammate walked in front of him.
Go into a custom match with your friend on the other team. Test out the aim assist and you will see that it basically sticks to your opponent like glue. Halo 4 is broken all over the place.

Aim assist is for -Yoinking!- n00bs who can’t shoot to begin with. So they handicap the good players who have learned how to play, in ALL games, it’s a -Yoinking!- joke. -Yoink- should be turned off for multi-player.
I’ll be -Yoink!- if I can figure out what idiot at 343 came up with the hit detection. It’s not lag either, because I’m being dropped with 2-3 shots ALL while that idiot is jumping around moving left to right. Are you -Yoinking!- kidding me???
Christ…how dam hard is it to have a game now days where the hit detection is on and half the game doesn’t -Yoinking!- lag you into insanity!

I play on 10, it’s definitely the assist.
Iguana… Aim Assist is what allows FPS’s to be played on consoles. Ever tried to BR or DMR a teammate down? There’s no aim assist, and it’s almost impossible to do. Mouse and keyboard on PC is pure aiming, consoles all have aim assist because your thumbs aren’t as precise.
