Damn lol. First it sells less than Halo 3 and Halo:Reach, and now it’s already getting a price drop?
Wonder how much money Halo 4 even made them when they get rid of all the marketing/development price. Halo 3 cost $60 overall, and according to Microsoft Halo 4 cost them more than any other first party game so far, so I’m guessing Halo 4 cost 100 million overall. So far the game has only made 220 million. Microsoft probably made less with Halo 4 than they wanted. Straight bomba.
“So far the game has only made 220 million” halo made 220 million day one. It’s probable gone down in price because of sales and if not it isn’t really going to effect profit
It’s December 10th. It’s the perfect time to cut the price a bit for online retailers to undercut brick and mortar stores for the christmas sales money. Its nothing new, it happens every year with “blockbuster” titles.
> I used to have faith in this community. I’m not sure why.
Because now you’re seeing that people are still blindnessly defending this horrible game even though it’s awful and a failure? You lost faith in how fanboy-ish this community is?
In the UK last year, Skyrim was half price in game/gamestation (the UK equivalent of gamestop) in less than a month after it’s launch, tell me, do you think anyone would consider that game “bombing”?

So was mw3 in GAME, i got that a week after release for £22.99.
Hate to burst Op’s hate bubble but look at the reviews for this and BLOPs. I think its doing just fine overreacting to sales serves no ones purpose but your own.
