Halo 4 beta?

Do you think there will be a multiplayer beta for Halo 4? If so do you think it will be announced at Halo fest? I think there is a good chance for a beta since past Halo’s have had them and 343 want to listen to the community just like Bungie did.

It seems to me to be a 50/50 chance.

The majority of people I know that played the Halo: Reach Beta loved the Beta more than Reach currently, and that was with 3 helmets, two maps, and various other things.

343i has shown itself to be a good, listening company so far, and a Beta may work quite well. There is, on the other hand, the chance that it could all mess up like Reach did.

It’s likely one will be available through the Extra’s menu on Halo Anniversary, but then again, who knows, new company, new ideas.

I liked/loved Halo 3 beta and Reach beta, but hate or detest both of the actual games. In H3 beta it was because the BR and Carbine were better and the beta felt more complete and smoother gameplay wise. In Reach beta, I simply loved the magnum and I much preferred the DMR bloom in the beta.

The DMR Bloom never changed from Beta to Retail.

There will be no Halo 4 beta, and you know it.
