Is there gonna be a halo 4 beta
A public beta?? I am afraid not(as of right now anyway)… sad face.

There is alot of evidence that there is a closed beta.
Which works just like and public beta but its far more controlled and allows the community to stay surprised by the game upon release.
I’m kinda glad that they are not, mainly because they can focus more of their time actually making the game instead of diverting resources to make a beta. The last beta people hacked and spoiled alot of the game before it even came out.
Yeah I’m happy there not doing a beta. Why! Because if you look at the past Halo games Halo 2 was the best because it had no beta. Halo 3 and Halo Reach beta made the multiplayer just suck when it comes to the weapons and all. Like in Halo 3 Beta the carbine was worth picking up. But when the game release they weaken the weapon because all those die heart BR fan boys were complaining that the BR should be more powerful then the carbine even though the carbine is a covenant weapon plus it takes more skill to use because it a single shot weapon.
Doesn’t really bother me that there is no beta. Keeps it a surprise.

Beta often tells the player if he likes the game or not and so the sales drop. For exemple , when I played reach, I loved the game, but the final version was…OK, I really have no idea…hahahaha
Maybe because they want to spend more time on other things. But this sucks to have no idea before the release date…

All games have some form of beta. Just not an open beta. Second of all, the carbine is a better weapon in halo 3. Its kill time is slightly faster if you land every single shot.
For the last time,NO. Frankie has stated SEVERAL times that there WON’T be a Halo 4 Beta!
