No, it was confirmed ages ago that Halo 4 will not have a public beta.

The game went gold recently, the game has been out of beta stage for a while.

Halo 4 came out of the beta state around June. If you mean a demo, which is completely different BTW, then you likely wont see one till after Halo 4 releases.

Bu… but Medal of Honor put out a “beta” like a month before it’s release date lol.

But really though, Halo doesn’t need the hype of a “beta”, which is the only purpose one would serve at this point.

A beta is only when developers would like feedback on game play from that test. Since medal of honour is releasing pretty soon and has a beta right now, it is actually not the beta. It is a pre-release demo. I can confirm this because I was in the medal of honour beta months ago.

And on topic, Halo 4 released in less then a month. There are no plans for a pre-release demo and for sure not a beta because the game has already gone gold (completely finished) and their isn’t enough time from now to the release date to make changes. Other then patches released through xbox live, which only happens if there is a major glitch or something of that nature.
