I was sent here by Microsoft because my son was banned from the game today and we have no idea why… He looked at the link and he says he didn’t do anything. He’s a good kid and I am thinking there has been a mistake… It just seems odd to not know what one is being charge with.
I have spoken with a few folks and I am just trying to get to the bottom of this. I really think there has been a mistake. There is no one from 343 to speak with or an email… I was very concerned that 343 was a scam but someone said they were not.
I know your thinking my child has pulled a fast one on me and that he has lied to me about really doing something but I know him and he’s not that guy… If something has been done it was unintentional and worse case he finds out what he’s done. Best case we can figure this out and hopefully solve this misunderstanding.

PM a Community Manager they will assist you.
But there have been a lot of accidental bans lately they will fix soon enough and if you/or who ever didn’t do anything wrong than you shouldn’t worry too much.

I do believe he was accidentally ban but feel like I need to find a way to get to the bottom of this.

You have to pm BS Angel, click her name, Then click the blue box that says pm, it will bring you to a message screen, Type what you want for the subject and then tell her the gamertag in the message as requested,

also make sure to click on “My Profile” in the links bar for the forums, then click private messages preferences, and make sure to choose that everyone can send you a pm so that you can receive a reply from BS Angel.
