I have been in Halo 4’s back up servers since last Thursday. Everytime I got to war games it tells me the Halo 4 servers are down then it directs to their “backup servers” that only has like 7 playlists with 20 active people in them total. I haven’t been able to play a game yet. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks!

EDIT: Didn’t read OP well enough.
Try deleting all of your Halo 4 data, including Disc 2 install data, DLC, and Title Updates (you can move saved films and such to the cloud). Then clear the cache on your Xbox’s HDD and try again.
Yeah, i just did all that about 2 hours ago, and put the disks back in. Nothing changed.
I looked back at very old threads from November and seems like this has happened to only a handful of people, and they are saying it is on 343’s end of the line with coding that is at fault? Is their a way to contact them or a support line at all? I tried searching online but nothing came up.
