I see a lot of people with the halo 4 avatars like Frost Delete i just wanna know how to get them.

Some of the stances can be unlocked by doing Halo 4 commendations, like reach sr-32/50, complete weapons commendations… You can check the unlock requirements in Halo 4 game menu.
All the other stances can be earned by purchasing Halo 4 DLCs, which are free to download by now.
