Halo 4 armor RETURNING/BEING ADDED

From Halo 3 to Reach we had 7 Helmets return, but most of the chest and shoulders in Reach were new or redone. So as far as helmets go, I’m going out on a limb and here and guessing returning helmets will be the

EOD
EVA
ODST
SECURITY

While I’m not sure what will return from Reach, I’m hoping the customization options seen in Reach are expanded upon bringing a lot of the same armor we have seen in Reach and H3 back along with not only new armor, but different things to customize. One thing I always wanted to see were customization of your gloves, kind of like how ODSTs had fingerless gloves. I understand some people don’t care for the customization offered, it’s not Spartan dress-up party, but I like the idea of making the Spartan all your own.

Any thoughts on the matter? What would like to see return, or what would you like to see added in the ways of different armor or different options of what to actually customize?

idk cuz I don’t really like how the art style was with those packs on the Mk armor. I kinda like how Halo 3 was with just metal plating everywhere that changed, not the different packs and stuff on TOP of the armor.

Honestly, I’d be okay with this. I just don’t think they’ll bring back all the armor from both H3 and Reach, especially if we’re buying armor, loadouts, and armor abilities with our Spartan Points. I guess we’ll just have to see how all that works out, but I’m totally okay with EVERYTHING returning, plus new things.

I wouldn’t mind having access to those without having to purchase them.

In Reach, I’m currently having a hard time deciding if I should spend Cr for armor or keep getting Cr so I can unlock Zealot armor (which could take a decade since I’ve already connected to Xbox Live). It’s so unfair!

I want the halo 3 recon to return in halo 4. Halo 3 recon was badass

Katana and Rogue.

I wouldn’t mind if 343i somehow manage to put the Helmet from Samus Aran’s varia suit in the game, but thats unlikely.

What? Purchasing armor doesn’t decrease your overall exp.

I need RECON to be in. Preferably with a few body pieces as well. I like recon and it kinda matches the sort of guy my SPARTAN is.

As for the other pieces, well, yeah OP what you said and hope for more.

And if elites dont get the same or similar type of customization, im punching a kitten in the face.

YES, they are still likely to be in different playlists and gamemodes. But not competitive matchmaking.

Please. Please please please please PLEASE! Rogue was my favorite helmet in Halo 3. It still is.

I hoped that they kept it before Reach came out and that it was in Reach, but alas, it wasn’t. If rogue returns I will be extremely happy.

I’d kinda like to see options for gloves/boots. I’d also like to see alternate color patterns for armor (Mass Effect 3 does something like that).

I’d also like to see everything from the previous games make a return, but I realize that’s not likely.

Even though It was never an option, I’d love to deck out a Spartan using the Mk IV armour that Halo Wars used.

In Reach there are both MK V and MK VI helmets, no error, you apparently just didn’t understand what I was typing, but it’s okay.
