Halo 4 armor mods

So my friend plays halo 4 but he isn’t as good and could take way too long to unlock all the armors available as he doesn’t really put too much effort or time into matchmaking because he is more of a casual player.

Would he get banned if he modded the armor to unlock it all, whether or not he played online or offline?

You aren’t allowed to discuss mods or hacks on Waypoint, and yes, he will get banned if he takes his hacked account online.
