Halo 4....... and shield bleed-through

Has anyone been able to tell from any of the gameplay whether or not shield bleed-through is in Halo 4?

Also, what is your opinion on bleed-through?

I dislike it. It limits the options you have at close range and encourages people to just rush forward and slap the other guy to put themselves back into the spawning screen. In Reach I encountered much less exchanges then I did previously and I used the new system to win most of my fights in close range by forcing them to melee at the wrong time.
I also find it very inconsistent and the right “moment” to strike a melee always seem to change.

There is bleedthrough and I’m very happy about that.

Too often I shoot a guy sprinting up to me with a weapon till they have a fraction of a shield and we both melee suddenly we both have no shields and we both melee again and die.

I’m tired of this.
