So 2401 Penitent Tangent seemed to have been somewhat taken over. The texture file for his outer layer is “Monitor_Infected”. So he was infected by a Gravemind! Penitent Tangent we never seen him die! Now in Halo 4 do you think we will see him releasing Flood Spore’s or maybe Tampering with Forerunner AI’s with his Rampant State he was in? Cortana was with a Gravemind I think the Same One in fact although she wasn’t with one as long as Penitent Tangent has been giving the Gravemind time to infiltrate into his system and Infecting him! He Corrupte I think hes Going to give a lot of Characters trouble in the upcoming Series worse than whet Guilty Spark has done with the Humans or Covy!

While they are generally accurate, they can get it wrong sometimes (Cyborg ≠ Spartan, plasma rifle charged bolt ≠ plasma pistol overcharged bolt). On the other hand, I have yet to see a Halo 2 tag being improperly named.
Still, isn’t it kinda obvious that there’s nothing organic about Tangent?
