Remember how some marketing genius in 2007 decided to work out a deal between Bungie and Team Ninja to have promotional crossover content?
I do.
The Hayabusa armor and Katana in Halo 3, and a female Spartan character in DOA 4.
It was a sick idea.
Wouldn’t it be cool if 343 could pull off something this awesome for Halo 4?
With Halo 4 and DOA 5 BOTH coming out in fall of 2012, I can only pray and hope 343 would at least attempt to contact Team Ninja.
Hope this happens as I am a fan of both games.
I guess it would be cool to see more crossovers.
I’m hoping and praying for a crossover. DOA5 is my second most anticipated game, behind Halo 4 of course.
DOA4 though was joint-published by Microsoft and Tecmo. This time, SEGA is joint-publishing so I doubt we’ll see some cross content.

Hmmm. I did not realize that DOA 4 was co-published by Microsoft, I guess this changes things. Still worth a shot though.
Team Ninja has shown off some Virtual Fighters in DOA, so who knows if we’ll get a Chief like character or not… 
I’m hoping so though.
Hah. It’s funny because Microsoft has about 1 additional character in all its franchises as iconic as John, and that’s Marcus Fenix.
What other characters could be crossed over? Alan Wake? A random Avatar? A car from Forza? MS needs to pull its finger out.
