Halo 4 and 5 343's test platform?

People hated Halo 4’s multiplayer and loved the campaign. People hated Halo 5’s campaign and loved the multiplayer. What if 343’s real intention was to create these games to test the figurative water for them before they jump in with Halo 6? I think they’ll take the best aspects of both games and put them together to make one awesome game.

I think it’s a bit of a silly perspective from a corporation standpoint. As a company, you’re trying to push the best product possible no matter what. The same argument has been made with Bungie, as in “oh ODST was just a Beta for Reach, Reach was just a Beta for Destiny” etc etc.

Yes, the games build on each other, but that only makes sense.

I loved Halo 4’s multiplayer but campaign was just ok.
I don’t like Halo 5’s multiplayer but campaign is awesome, just look at Sanghelios.

If Halo 5 was just test that means splits screen will return!!!

I hate Halo 5’s multiplayer! I preferred Halo: Reach’s multiplayer so much more.

Reach>All the other Halo’s in the respects of campaign and multiplayer.
I disliked Halo 4’s campaign and enjoyed the multiplayer.
I liked Halo 5’s campaign (UNTIL THAT ENDING) and thoroughly enjoy the multiplayer.

Also, from a business stand point it would be ridiculous to use two games as a beta for your up and coming product. They just build and hit and miss but that’s the nature of the demon in the game developing world, I’d imagine!

But split screen would be lovely.
