My friend and I did a halo 4 speedrun and our time was 2 hours and 20 minutes, the strange thing is that they only gave me the achievement but 3 days later we did all the requirements and still they did not give it to them.
Tell your friend to perform a hard reset first, then play the prologue/epilogue solo on Legendary difficulty.
