Halo 4, achievement glitch x2, solved yet?

Ashes to Ashes and pigs can fly are not working for me, having done them the correct way, knowing that this has been an issue for almost a year, has this been resolved yet? I still have those 2 missing achievements and I have every other halo game achievements that means Halo 3, ‘’ Odst, Halo wars, Halo reach, Halo anniversary, Halo spartan assault (xbone), and all but 2 halo 4 achievements, meaning that I know how to differ a doable achievement and an impossible glitched out achievement, so does anyone know how to finally unlock those achievements? I would really appreciate if someone could share that information with me :).
