Halo 4: A very Broken game

.

With the exception of the occasional laggy game I have never experienced any of your other problems. You would be surprised how an ISP may affect your game even if they claim to have amazingly fast speeds. When you look at your connection history from the in game menu does it say NAT is open? If it is anything other than open then expect to have a lot of connection issues and you may need to change the settings on your router/modem.

> Okay i am a huge halo 4 fan and the game is amazing but the glitches and connectivity issues i am having with this game are just horrible.Half of the matches lag greatly and im disconnected from the main servers constantly throughout the day and put on the back up server everyday. Then some times my spartan rank sets to 1 and i lose all my load-outs and then randomly i gain back my load outs and spartan rank in the middle of the match.I connect fine with other games like gears of war or black ops 2 or any other game.My internet connection provider is charter and i have a speed up to 15Mbs.I have never in my life experienced a game with this bad of a issue for me to go on to the game developers website and post the problem and get help from the community until now…i just hope 343 can deliver a less glitchy game next generation and if not halo is ruined for me…

Xbox live should have a minimum required speed to be able to play online. A simple connection test would solve this. If your connection isn’t up to par, you can’t play online. I pay to use a service that I can’t fully utilize because someone is using a RadioShack connection.

people in places like Australia can have an equal connection to us, but because they are so far away, lag comes anyway

and hey, we already Pay for Xbox live to keep servers running and to keep our accounts secure, so people shouldn’t be excluded because they can’t run on lighting fast speeds

no offence, but that’s a little bit of a selfish thought

I have amazing connection to xbox or ANY OTHER GAME.ITS JUST HALO 4 NOTHING ELSE

I would just like one game that doesn’t cause black screen or players skipping across the screen. Adding region filter would solve a lot of this. There is always some player from overseas that pulls host over my perfect connection and lags my game. It seems to me, the person with the worst connection always gets host. So I know my connection doesn’t suck. If it happens once or twice I can deal with that, but every other game is like that. To me, that’s unacceptable seeing how advanced servers and ISP’s have become in the last 5 years.

I don’t seem to have those problems playing online. Every once in a while I’ll get a laggy match, but no different then any other games I play online.
