Help! I completed the Halo 4 Campaign Solo on Legendary with all 13 skulls active, and still can’t input the classified codes for Requiem Archive II SPEC - Torso and my ONI Section 3 LASO code. I have met the requirements for both these and Waypoint says I haven’t.

Me too, that’s really annoying; we could try to submit a ticket on Halo Support.
Sounds like a sync issue. Are other stats updating to the app?
