There has been many threads about this already. I don’t think it’s a Halo 4 console. The picture was taken, clearly, in a Microsoft store and Microsoft are trying to advertise Halo SO much because it’s their flagship exclusive. I think it was custom made or just stickers for Halo 4 advertisement by Microsoft.
Oh and I don’t think it’s very ugly, I’d be completely satisfied with that. I think it looks awesome!

It is a case for the Xbox. Not the limited edition. Also note how the xboxes are different colors.

That is a slim 360.
I don’t think it’s legit though. I could shop something like that in about 3 minutes.
It’s probably just a custom console.

The person who took these pictures also stated that these are just display shells.
I hope that if a console does come out, it would have a more subtle design than this.

These are a display in a public place. Not some shady backwater internet site with stolen details.

I’ve seen that someplace else and its just a skin if not a Photoshop creation or an advertisement.
Plus, I don’t think 343 or Microsoft will be producing a Halo 4 console due to this most likely being the final year for the XBox 360 and would not be as profitable to make a new variant of the 360 (even though it has the same hardware) when the next XBox is right around the corner.
The french website where this was originally posted said that it was a skin.
Second, look at the two xbox’s… They’re different. One has a wrap-around art, and the other has the full art on one side. They wouldn’t release two different versions of the system.
I really do hope that they release a Halo 4 console, but I hope it’s nothing like this. This just screams Halo and “look at my cover art!”. I would prefer something more subtle like the Reach edition system.

I hope that’s not it. it seems like a very downgrade compared to 3’s and Reach’s.
however, I believe it is more of a skin you can buy for your Xbox.
I’d still want my Xbox to look like that.
That’s not the exclusive console. The assault rifle on the back of the second 360 is way too large in comparison to Chief’s body on the first. It’s quite possibly just some custom stickers and covers made by somebody to advertise it exclusively at this given store. It may be nationwide soon, but that would be a blundering mistake.
