UPC is a Social/Competitive Clan, meaning we not only play a lot of Custom Games but also got Competitive Teams for those who prefer Competitive play!
UPC has 55+ Members currently.
UPC Prime Directive: (equivalent to Code of Conduct in most Community clans)
- Must be at least 13 years of age to join UPC, 10-12 year olds can be exceptions depending on the person being recruited as seen fit by the Recruiting Officer. (Any younger and an exception must be made with the Creator)
- All members will show respect to all other members regardless of rank, this does not apply game play wise, teabagging and other disrespectful game play will be overlooked and seen as a joke.
- All members must remain in uniform at all times. (Exceptions only given by Fleet Admiral or higher)
- Any Hacking or Glitching in UPC Controlled games will result in a suspension or temporary Demotion depending on length of either one done.
- All members must follow through with an order given by a superior ranking member, only Captain’s or higher can give Emergency Gameplay Orders, Ensign Junior Grade’s or higher usually enforce this rule during games with UPC Members.
- You have the right to talk to any member in UPC, Higher Ups (Fleet Captain or higher) have the right to revoke questions or requests.
- No membership to any other Clan or Community besides UPC on any game that UPC is operating on. (Exceptions can be given by only the Creator of UPC)
- As a member being Friends or Communicating with a Blacklisted Member or Clan will get you banned. (Exceptions can be made with the UPC Creator, meaning a case must be presented to see if the Blacklisted Members or Individuals are safe from poaching UPC members)
- Being caught poaching from another Clan or Community is punishable by Suspension, Rank Block or Temporary Demotion depending on how often or how much Poaching went on.
- Quit once as a Lower rank you may come back once for free retaining your rank, but as an Officer you must come back in 72 hours (3 Days) to retain the rank you once had, if you didn’t make it you are put at the rank of Ensign. Quit twice you come back as a Crewmen. Quit third time you are put at Recruit, 4th quit you are put at Negative Recruit. 5th quit you are Banned, 6th quit after Ban Appeal you are Blacklisted, you may have 3 Blacklist Appeals before UPC closes its doors. (A total of 9 Chances to rejoin UPC)
- Any UPC member with any disruptive noise on their mic in any lobby UPC controlled (Whether the noise is music or other things) will be asked and forced to mute their mics or turn off whatever noise was present if another UPC Member requests it. if it is a random person that is not part of the Clan in the UPC controlled lobby, the Ranking Officer may give the order to boot the person from the lobby or party.
- All UPC members Ranked Commodore and below must keep their friends list open or be removed from the Clan, this is to ensure no Blacklisted or harmful individuals in General are a threat to the Community.
- In order to rank up beyond Ensign Junior Grade in the Officer ranks, members must be atleast 11 years of age or older (Exceptions given only by a Fleet Admiral or higher, meaning a case must be presented to the Higher Up meeting when scheduled). Senior Enlisted Program can be achieved by 5-10 year olds. Members must be 13 or older to attain the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade or higher, to achieve Commander or higher members must be 14 years of age or higher. Members must be 15 or older to attain Fleet Captain or higher, to achieve Rear Admiral or higher members must be 16 years of age or older, to Achieve Fleet Admiral members must be 18 years of age or older. Grand Admiral Rank is only attainable if the Fleet Admiral is 20 Years old. (Creator rank is unattainable by any member, the Creator may also allow exceptions for any rank based on performance of duties)
- Competitive team Captain’s and Co-Captain’s can give Gameplay orders to only the members of their respective team, they cannot order anyone outside their team during gameplay. Competitive Team Captain’s can also set a certain Age restriction and Armor regulation that they can apply to their team. (Ex: Must be 15 years or older to be in Team Nemesis, All Nemesis Members wear Pathfinder Armor)
