Love Halo 4 343. Just thought maybe you were tired of everyone complaining and would like to hear something nice. I love Halo 4, sure I have minor grievances, but I do with every game. So thanks 343 for a great game.

YES! THANK YOU! I love Halo 4 too, although I don’t think it’s as good as Halo 3, it’s still a magnificent game in its own right.

Halo 3 was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better but 4 is still good.

while there are certain parts of Halo 4 that I like it seems more or less that Halo 4 was brought out prematurely just to compete with other fall titles. It didn’t come out to be the next Halo game that people would be playing for years.
I disagree with the thread. A Halo game should have competitive aspects. Also, it should require skill to play. Halo 4 has potential.

If you want a competitive game to play go play the old ones then.
People are just scared of change and can’t accept the way Halo has become. I don’t mind Halo right now as the only thing that bugs me is Ordinance but I play most game modes that Don’t even have Ordinance.
It’s just stupid that when ever someone like the OP turns up and posts something nice people always jump in just to say “It’s terrible.” or some form of disagreement.
They did make a fantastic, beautiful game. I can play campaign, War Games, or Spartan Ops and have fun every time…Dunno if it’s better than Halo 3 tho, at least not the campaign.
Halo 4 is good for being a modern shooter, but I want it to be a unique shooter.

Comments like these are why the gaming industry is turning into a pile of -Blam!-.
The gaming industry is becoming more social, and more casual. Whilst that isn’t necessarily a terrible thing, the most “successful” games in the Halo/Battlefield/Call of Duty/etc franchise were the older games. Why? Because of the higher skill gap. I only mentioned FPS’s because this is the genre that is being hit the hardest.
Just because you have no issue with Halo now and how unbelievably easy and random it is, doesn’t mean that other people will accept that.
Why don’t you like ordnance? Please tell me why… If you say anything about it being random and unfair then you are contradicting yourself by saying that you like Halo 4. This is the most random Halo game released to date.
One last thing, how is it stupid if people disagree with OP’s post? Disagreeing with it is an opinion, by calling it stupid you are opening yourself up to being flamed, unfortunately I am one ban away from perma-ban so it won’t be me doing the flaming.

If someone wants to say that they like the game, that’s their choice. I’m sure the OP is aware that there are lots of people who disagree with him. It’s not necessary to come into threads like this to try to change his mind or list grievances. Keep that for the threads that are actually about those issues and let the OP, and those that agree with him, have one thread that’s relatively drama free for once.

Divergent opinions are fine. But I am not sure what is to be gained in trying to convince the OP that he really should not like this game…

Lol people still playing halo 4? I came here to see if people were still complaining as they should be, halo 4 was a bad BAD game. Nothing was good about it honestly, Halo 2 > 3 > Reach >>>>> 4
It’s terribly unfortunate that trolls have to worm into every good vibe that comes along.

I disagree. Up to date this is my least favorite Halo game of the saga. They changed to much, I believe in a progression of the game. To add new elements and improve features and gameplay. But Halo 4 had so much removed, so much changed. It isn’t even a layered progression anymore, it was just a scrap out of what we had, and completely redone. As a new IP it could be okay. But we were promised a Halo game, and I feel cheated by what was given to me.
Now of course, for this reason I will no longer be purchasing Halo games (partly because I have no interest in the Xbox One), I just don’t trust 343 anymore. They really need to work hard to regain the trust of many like myself, before its too late.

Really cause I thought it was publishers restricting studios on the creativity and release schedules of their games. In addition to it fans purchasing the same game re-released 20 times over.
I really thought that was the bad side of the gaming industry, not fans wanting something new.
