Halo 4 2 primary weapons?

ok, i read somewhere that there will be something that will allow you to hold 2 primary weapons. does this mean without that specialization we cant hold 2 primary weapons?

Yes, you are correct.

EDIT: You can hold 2 primary weapons, you just can’t start with two. Picking them up off of dead bodies is still an option.

FOR a STARTER WEAPON. If you have it then you can START with DMR and BR but if not you can start with DMR and Magnum. You can still pick up any weapon though.
