Hello Waypoint Community. As some may, or may not have noticed, Halo 3’s soundtrack includes a lot of remade pieces of music which originated in Halo CE and Halo 2. I was wondering if any of the tracks included in Halo 3 stuck out as Halo 3 pieces over pieces of music from the previous Halo games.
Some may be curious as to why I am asking such a seemingly random question, so I will share. I am trying to associate three to five tracks from every Halo game’s soundtrack with the various story lines for a bit of project of sorts. If you could be so kind to list the three to five pieces of Marty’s work that you think associate best with Halo 3 and why, that would be greatly appreciated.
(On an unrelated note, this is my first forum discussion I have ever started. It is a monumental moment in my Waypoint life. haha)

If you mean what really felt like halo 3’s music i’d go with
Arrival
Crow’s nest
One final effort
Keep what you steal
Finish the fight
Ending
Halo reborn and greatest journey
But there a lot of synt music that is completly original
> I hated Halo 3’s soundtrack the most out of any Halo game.
Okay, well then I suppose that you wouldn’t be able to help me figure out which tracks best associate with Halo 3 then. I do not like to say that Halo 3’s soundtrack was the worst, but that it was the one that lacked the most individuality. The only aspect of Halo 3’s soundtrack that really stuck out to me was the symphonic approach Marty took to the music he had already created for Halo CE and Halo 2. However, I feel that is why I am having such a hard time associating specific tracks with mainly Halo 3.

This is what I was looking for. I knew Arrival was on my list, but after that I felt at a complete loss for any music that stuck out as Halo 3 music. Halo Reborn and Finish the Fight are also good ones, as well as Keep What You Steal. Thank you for your input, HurryingCandy. It is greatly appreciated.

Thank you as well. Now I have options, which are always fantastic.
