I know Halo 3A isn’t happening but with the news of Crackdown 3 getting pushed back to Spring 2018 that leaves the lone exclusive with the Xbox One X launch being Forza 7. Microsoft is probably regretting that decision. I mean I know Forza is a great game but myself and others just aren’t interested in racing games. In my opinion Microsoft really needs to step up its plate on the exclusive department they have so many great IP’s but they leave them to collect dust.
Ya should of happened but didn’t. It’s really disappointing. A Halo YouTuber Wpns grade made a great video on this topic. I think it was a missed opportunity by far.
Look, I know the contraction “should’ve” sounds the same as “should of”, but that doesn’t mean you can go Yoinking! all over grammar like that.

Incidentally, this is how I feel about Nintendo. Where’s my F-Zero Switch? I think Nintendo is just being stupid and thinking Mario Kart can replace F-Zero (it can’t), but Microsoft probably had some reason for not giving us Halo 3 Anniversary, right? I’m curious as to what that reason might be, but I can’t imagine it was an easy decision for them to miss out on all the demand for it.

Should Of. Classic.
I expect 343 felt that MCC was all the attention they needed to pay to H3. By the time they realized that this was not the case it was probably just too late to line up any of the usual suspects to do the work - Saber being the obvious culprit - and they’re legitimately way too busy to do it themselves. And anyway, a tenth anniversary isn’t the only anniversary something can have. Maybe they’ll do a 15th anniversary edition in 2022. That’s really not that far off when you think about it.

I know I’m a little off topic, but Forza 7 isn’t going to be X exclusive. No games released for the X are going to be exclusive (thank the Lord, because I am not dropping another $400 for an updated version of the console I already own). Every game that is released for the X will also be playable on the normal One. Think of it like the slimmer, smaller version of the PS2 in comparison to a normal PS2.

I know that. What I’m getting at is the only exclusive for the Xbox One this fall is Forza. There’s no other big Christmas exclusive system seller.
