Halo 3 Waypoint Stats Tracking

With the Bungie announcement that stats tracking will transfer over to Waypoint. Will we see live updating Halo 3 stats tracking implemented here? I know its a 5 year old game and far from being on top of 343’s mind, but it would be a huge shame to lose live stats tracking for a game which many people still play.

Its a huge shame but im glad Bungie is keeping an archive of the stats. Again, I know its probably far from priority, but if Waypoint could somehow accomodate for H3 stats im sure I speak for many when I say it would be greatly appreciated!

Simply keeping the live stream of data running to allow for other developers to create HaloCharts esque sites would be good enough! Is that a possibility?

It is needed. But sadly, old games get NO attention at all, even if they are the best games ever made.

Sadly bungie still or did own the servers, 343i or microsoft would have to purchase the servers from bungie, and I am not sure they would when it may be cut off sometime.

Who knows I may be wrong entirely, but it’s likely what will happen.

I am not going to lie, I will be upset when Halo 3’s stats vanish. 20 years down the road I want to be able to prove to my kids what is really important in life…

That’s not true at all, 343 owns all the servers now.

Unfortunately, at this time, we have no plans to expand upon the stats we offer for previous titles.

Some of my stats for previous games are incorrect.

The majority of my Halo3 Stats are incorrect.
