Halo 3 vs halo 2.choose wisely!
tough call. I will go for halo 2 since i experienced the multiplayer more time than halo 3.

they are both superior to reach. That’s all that matters.
Both games are awesome, but I still prefer Halo 3.
both halo 2 and 3 are great i would have to say halo 2 though
both make reach look like a 3rd party rip off and i have the same feeling both are going to outclass halo 4 - u cant get the right competitivness without the right leveling system and halo 2 and 3 got that
No question about it, Halo 2.
I hate this thread because it forces me to choose between two games my childhood couldn’t live without. Despite starting with Halo 2 in 2005, I’ve always preferred Halo 3 as my favorite in the series.
I probly should have mentioned that i like halo 3 the best but halo 2 is still great

H2 pros: Elite rank diversity, playing as the Arbiter + Covenant story perspective, Covenant allies, better AI driving, epic battles, skull variety, better levels, better Grunts, better Flood, better easter eggs, faster melee, better exploration, memorable dialogue, art style, delaying checkpoints with melee
H3 pros: refined gameplay, less ridiculous situations, better physics, better jumping, more interesting Brutes, more interesting encounters, better Drones, better Jackals, better Hunters, Sierra 117, The Storm, The Ark, The Covenant, memorable dialogue, art style, better ending, timed checkpoints
They’re about the same to me.

The community was sooo much better in H2 and so were the features. You had clans, yes CLANS! Leaderboards, custom games galore, glitches to explore, a ranking system that kept you fighting each night, and a working BR that did not fail you! Second best to CE in my opinion gameplay wise.
im gonna say that Halo 3 is my all time fav. Halo 2 was awesome but i didn’t like the fact i had to play as the arbiter ( never was a fan of the arbiter) Halo Reach was a big joke in opinion. too many things wrong with reach that i wont list here. but may list in the reach forum.
I can’t vote since I never played Halo 2, but I love Halo 3 more than Reach 
I like Halo 3 matchmaking better, but I like Halo 2 campaign better.
